We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

Meet Our Staff

Director - Claudia Wood Claudia has been with Kids 'R' Kids for 15 years. She has been the Director of the Alpharetta location since March 2002. Claudia is a Mentor Director for Quality Assists, and she has been instrumental in the NAEYC accreditation of several Kids 'R' Kids schools.

Assistant Director - Jana Lawson Jana has been with our school for 6 years. She was the lead teacher in our toddler room for 2 years before being promoted. Prior to joining Kids 'R' Kids, Jana pursued a career in nursing in her home country of Slovakia.
